The official convention hotel is the Doubletree Hilton on 1981 North Central Expressway, Richardson, TX 75080.  Although the group rate has expired, you can still book reservations by using this website or calling the hotel at 972-644-4000.

If the Doubletree is too pricey, the Wingate Richardson is cheaper and not much further away.
